Hello,

I tried to update to the new version with the full package and I got this message: Initializing Foundry Framework Failed
" Unable to extract foundry.zip file. Please contact support. "

I've tried it several times and none has been completed. Now in Joomla it appears that it is updated but the blog is still down.

Thank you.
Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Hello Monica,

I have updated your site again as it looks like when you updated your site, the installation did not complete correctly. May I know how did you update the site earlier?

Hello Mark,

I downloaded the full package, uploaded it to the indicated FTP path and selected in Joomla the package that had been uploaded. In 35% of the installation was hooked.

The blog appears now completely unconfigured!

Hello Monica,

I have configured EasyBlog so that it doesn't show images after truncation since you are using post covers already. By the way, in the future you don't need to upload anything from FTP.

1. To upgrade or install, go to https://stackideas.com/dashboard and download the installer.
2. Upload it through Extensions Manager
3. Proceed with the installation, and done.
