Hm, that was really hard for us to tell you where went wrong with your installation without access in your site.

Is there a way to temporary upload your intranet site to live so we can able to troubleshoot on your installation issue?

I look if i could make this possible. In the Joomla Update Screen we get this message

You could ignore this error as this is just an issue with the older version. Once you upgrade to 4.0.11, it will be fine. Anyway for us to access the site to help you check this out?
