Update creates Thank you and Congratulation posts.

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent "Thank you for choosing EasyDiscuss" and "Congratulations! You have successfully installed EasyDiscuss" posts from being created during an update on a live site?

On my test setup, I noticed every time i update EasyDiscuss, it will re-create those two posts even if they have been previously removed. It also create Tags "Thank You" and "Congratulations".

i have tried to replicate this issues in our local and it seems that i can replicated this in our local. I have issues this to our developer and this fixes will be included on our next release version. Thanks for your understandings

Hi Adam,

I am sorry for the confusion here. I believe your site does not have any discussion created on the site hence when you perform an update of your EasyDiscuss it will create a sample post above during the installation. The sample post will not be created if your site contain more than one discussion created by any user on the site.

Hope these can clear up the confusion here.
