Got this at the backend under Extensions Update;

Update: Could not open update site #309 "EasyBlog Rest API Update Site", URL: https://stackideas.com/jupdates/manifest/foundryrest/extension.xml


Update: :Extension: Could not parse https://stackideas.com/apps/updater/manifest?id=/extension.xml

Looks like your foundry rest api plugin is outdated. I have updated the plugin and it works fine now.
