Hello, my easyblog is on version 5.0.41. I wwant update but where I can download the version 5.0.42 and 5.043 ?

You don't have to update to 5.0.42 and 5.0.43 before upgrading to 5.0.44. You could just update from 5.0.41 to 5.0.44

Oh, this basically means you need to download the latest version from https://stackideas.com/dashboard and install it like how you install EasyBlog initially

Yes, you have to use Full installer.
