I suspected that there are cache on your end(browser/site) where causing this issues on your end. I am not sure how to replicate this as when i checked your site, it is under installation processes.

I have reinstalled them for you and it should shown/work as it should. Can you try to clear your browser and your site cache first and see whether those issues still persisted or not.

I am fine ss long as it is updated. Would not bother to re-install again. Thanks for prompt action!
