Hello Tech Support Team:

I have an issue that probably starts with a permission setting on my Joomla site, but it is allowing unwanted bloggers to post to my EasyBlog.

Can you assist with blocking the unwanted bloggers?

Another related Joomla issue is that when I try to delete more that one unwanted user, I get an XML error message "XML-RPC Error (404): Unknown error".

Kind regards

Hi Adam Lossing,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

First you have to decide which Joomla user group user you would like allow them have create new blog post permission in your site. Once you decided, you can go to your backend > Easyblog > ACL section and set which Joomla user group you would like to restrict their post permission.

Regarding with your second question :
>> That was strange, because this error we didn't encounter it before, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

*You can put the information in the optional information field below(SITE DETAILS). Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.
