Your site seems fine to me(http://take.ms/PcdXL). Are you referring to some other page? Perhaps you can provide some screenshots of the issue mentioned and the link to those webpages so we can better understand and identify the issue?
I also noticed your backend EasySocial page leads to the installation page. Are you in the process of installing EasySocial?

I tried to refresh but it always looks like that.

The screenshot link I provided earlier is from my pc. After that, I have also checked your site on my iphone and my colleage's android phone. It seems the site's layout is fine(refer screenshots). From what you described, the issue may be cache related. Can you try clearing your browser and site cache on your pc and mobile device as well? Then try again and see how it goes.
