Perhaps it is a Browser Cache issue or something specific to your site. since it works fine on my site. Maybe someone else can test this on their site and report back to help the SI Team narrow it down.

Yes, you are right! my webserver cache is wonky, it took an apache restart to clear it.

I tested this again and it is definitely a problem. If a Group is unpublished it will not show in the Groups area, but it is accessible on the Front page in the left sidebar as mentioned. I tested it again and here is the screencast.

I can see it published after I unpublished it. I clicked on the Group that was unpublished in the backend and it appears in the Home Page main stream.

So this is a confirmed issue that unpublished Groups show in the Front page stream.

Your welcome. There are so many features in EasySocial, and the best way to find all the issues is to TEST TEST TEST, so that most if not all issues in ES 1.2.3 can be fixed for v 1.2.4
