Unpublish and Delete buttons

Hello,

The Unpublished and Delete buttons are available to all owners of Pages, Groups, and Events.

I would like to be able to prevent access to these two buttons, in order to prevent serious nonsense.
And only give access to the SuperAdmin, like the Featured button.
I can't find any ACL settings for this.

Can you help me ?

Currently, it is the default and current behavior for it.
