It is because during creations, you have included password in it as shown http://take.ms/1Hqvg and it will lock you from accessing it, and you only can be access if you got those passwords.

And if you wanted to unlock them, you can edit them or go to your backend and unlock it as shown http://take.ms/Cflb5.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Hi there,

It seems that there are issues on our end regarding 'lock/unlock' on the backend. Currently, in order for you to unlocked them, you need to clear your post's password. It should unlock them and viewable by others. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

This is not a viable solution for me. This is definitely a bug that need to be fixed.Please let me know because it is making the entire purchase of the component useless.

Those feature actually is for locking those post from being edited, replied and others, not to remove password protected post.

In order for your to completely removed password protections feature, you can remove them here http://take.ms/HTMa6.
