Unknown reason why user type is barred from login

Hi. I recently created a new user Profile under Easy Social called 'DCC Online' as well as a User Group of the same name that has the 'Registered' User Group as parent. Users classified in the other child groups filed under Registered (i.e. 'Coach' and 'Champion') have no issue logging in. But for some reason, the two users of this profile type cannot login. Please see the attached shot of the error message I am getting.
Hi Simon,
I suspect that the reason you are getting this Joomla error is due to the permission settings to login at the frontend in the Global Configuration page(http://take.ms/n6Tl7v). It was previously Not Allowed (Inherited). I have helped you set it to Allowed so you should be able to login now.
I couldn't test the login because for some reason, your frontend could not be loaded.
