How do I make the unity view available to non-registered users? I keep getting : "Activities are currently restricted to members only.

Log in to see what's going on." Please advise. Thanks.
Hi Maurice,

What you need to do is change the default settings of profile/s you have on the system to allow everyone to see it. As you know, you need to create a 'Profile', which is a place where you can decide the levels of permissions a user in that given Profile system can do. In order to change the privacy settings of that profile follow these steps:

1) In EasySocial, go to 'Profiles'

2) Click on the Profile type you would like the public to read their posts (of course you might have more than one profile you would like to change the settings).

3) Press on the 'Privacy' tab

4) There you can see the default settings of users assigned to this Profile. 'stories' probably be the first one you would want to assign tp 'everyone' (which basically mean that the public can read it).

Hope that answers your question

I should have also said that it will change the settings from this moment onwards, meaning that posts that were made before you changed the default settings will still stay the same. You will either need to go one by one and change them or just put up new stuff to see that they are now visible to everyone.

That worked perfectly! Thanks.

DO you know how to control the image size of shared photos?

Hi Maurice,

As far as I understand the images shared are all cropped to this nice horizontal frame (try it if you didn't). It gives it a lovely unified look on the site. I don't know if there is anything else you could do.

Take care

Hello Maurice,

Sorry for the late reply. You can try customising it with CSS but there is nor way to resized the shared images on stream.

Thanks!
