I originally had a question about payplan but considering I cannot use easysocial from my admin section. I need to ask you if you can uninstall this Simgallery plugin for me. I was trying to set up my profile types to work with payplans but now this plugin is causing major problems. I have contacted them but hey are no help.

My questions about payplans was when users sign up will they directed to fill out the rest of the registration info. I wanted to test this out but this plugin is stopping me.

Could you please look at this ? This is the error I get when I got easysocial :

I was able to fix it by changing the name of the directory - com_easysocial/apps/user/simgallery

but now when I click on the photos link on the easysocail menu I cannot control any of the modules on the pages.

Goto the page - http://chicagosnexttopmodel.com/dev/gaze/index.php/photo-dashboard and you will see there is only 1 module showing up.

If you goto - http://chicagosnexttopmodel.com/dev/gaze/index.php/community/groups

all the modules show up.

Cannot figure it out.

Hey Jimmy,

Thanks for letting us know you already found the solution for your first issue.

It seems like I was unable to access your development site, this is what i hitting now : 



403: Access Forbidden

Your location (MY) has been blacklisted.


Is it possible for you to temporary disable this IP restriction for your development site so we can check this issue quickly?

By the way, if you would like to control it, i would like to suggest you that create "Easysocial group layout" menu item from your site backend, so when you press the group link on the site, it will route to this group menu item instead of this 'community' menu item.

Strange, we still getting this following message when trying to access your site.

Can you give it a check or temporary remove this IP restriction from your server regarding your development site?

try it now , I think it was the web site firewall

I whitelisted these 2 ips

The reason that the EasySocial login module does not show up at 'All Photo Albums' page is because in the menu assignment setting of your EasySocial login module does not tick the 'All Photo Albums' page as shown in the screenshot.

I had helped you to tick it already and it should be showing fine now.

Can you have a try and how it goes?
