Unify et re-design email alerts for ES/ED/EB

Hello everybody,

Email alerts templates are the same since long time for all SI extensions and the design is sos old.
If SI designers have some times to spend it would be great to do some thing for that.

also have the same template for all extensions with option to change headers (logo) because every time we update ES we must re upload our logo file.
Thanks for your feedback.

We will see if we can improve this in the future.

Hi Jan!,

I've checked our system and look like your entry wasn't there in our database. Em, can you recreate again your entry? I not sure if there are some issue with our voice page or not but someone else has reported missing items in our voice page. I am still investigating this issue but if this is not too much to ask, can you re-submit your voice again?
