I was just trying to upload an image into an EasySocial timeline and received the following error message:

Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

The post was successfully posted, but hoping to eliminate this error message.

Many thakns
Hi Steven,
May I know whether you got that error when you are trying to upload the photo or when you are trying to Share the image post?
Unfortunately, I tried to replicate the issue on your site but failed to do so. I did not encounter any errors as shown in the image.
Can you try to upload the same image again and see if there's any error?
If the error persist, provide us the image you used so we can try to replicate it again on your site. Thanks.

hi Raymond

Sorry about the late reply

Yes .... it happens when I try to upload an image that I want to share the image post. Same thing happened again tonight..

Have attached the image that caused the error tonight.

The image does post and is visible after refreshing the page, but the error message is initially displayed

Thanks

Hey Steve,
I tried many times using the image your provided and also numerous other images that I have but I am still unable to reproduce that error message.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to determine the root of the issue if I can't reproduce the error.

Some questions:
Which browser did you use when you encounter the error?
If you try to upload the same image again would the error reappear? Or is it a one time thing?
Can you provide your ftp access as well in case we are able to replicate the error so we can investigate?
Thanks.

Hi Steve,
More questions:
1. Is the user account that you used to upload the images a Facebook registered user account?
2. If yes, can you provide us the credentials for that user account so I can test the upload process?
3. Also, can you also provide us the Facebook login credentials that is used to set up Facebook app so I can investigate something there?
We await your response.
Thanks.
