Hi,
Every blog I enter into easyblog gets appended with 'undefined'. If I delete it, it just comes back.

Also, I have a remote blogging issue where the e-mails are not getting posted. The account is set up correctly and the test is successful. The cron job on the server says it is connecting successfuly:
--2014-01-14 15:25:01-- http://www.sound-hq.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron
Resolving http://www.sound-hq.com... 50.63.172.148, 2607:f208:500:1a::194 Connecting to http://www.sound-hq.com|50.63.172.148|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK
Length: unspecified [text/html]
Saving to: `/dev/null'

2014-01-14 15:25:02 (11.7 MB/s) - `/dev/null' saved [119]

Is there any way I can see any message about the connection that might be able to tell me where it is going wrong?
I can't see any debug option or anything.

many thanks

James
After a bit of reaseach (sorry should have done that first), i found the URL to check the errors. I am getting this message for the remote publishing problem:

Email batch process finished.
Mailbox: Unspecified default user id.
0 blog posts fetched from Twitter

I found some documents in your forum suggesting that you need to select a user in the publishing options so i've tried to do that, the lighbox pops up but it won't let me select a user - nothing happens in firefox i.e and chrome.
Firebug says on the page:

TypeError: parent.insertMailboxDefaultUserId is not a function
parent.insertMailboxDefaultUserId('206','Sound-HQ');

Hello James,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? And if you don't mind, we will post some test blog to debug your issue. Please advise.
