Unable to upload media manager from front-ent

Hello Guys,

Happy new year!

I gave all rights to a user from ACL of EB, he is editor, but he cannot upload media to media manger.

What can be the problem? I have a php.ini file in the directory. Maybe a permission issue?

Please advise.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
If your site have Admin tools component, you should configure this setting backend > Admin tools component > Application firewall > wap exception > create "NEW" > component -> com_easyblog > save
If you don't have this Admin tools, could you mind provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise
