Unable to upgrade plans or enter credit card details

Currently when a user clicks on "Upgrade" it doesn't do anything or show anything. As such they are unable to upgrade the plan.
Similarly for new plans, upon entering the credit card details and hitting submit does nothing also. I'm hoping the 2 problems are a result of the same issue.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Which product upgrade are you referring to? Do you mean that this is not displayed on your check out page when you hit "Upgrade to Developer" button http://take.ms/E9NT3 ?

No, I mean within PayPlans itself, my customers are unable to upgrade to a new plan on my website

This issue is coming due to your template. It's not using jquery as well as boostratp js.
We have added it forcefully.

Changes made on this file : root//components/com_payplans/xiframework/base/helper/template.php
See attached screenshot.
