I decided to rejoin my website and come to figure out nothing with easysocial is working anymore. Nothing has been updated or messed with. I'm unable to register, login, update, write posts etc. What could be the issue? Please help. I can provide ftp/site details on this matter if needed.

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Hello Arlex,
My subscription is beside the point at this moment. The extension has stopped working without me doing anything and I'm trying to figure out why.

Hopefully you understand that if I need to have an annual subscription in order to keep this extension working, I will have to take my business elsewhere. I shouldnt be required to constantly update to keep it from failing.

Again, the extension was working great before it stopped but surely you can understand my frustration as I would expect things to keep working when not being fiddled with and then asked to shell out $150 in order to get it working again.

Hi Sean,

When you purchase EasySocial, you are purchasing the download and support access for 6 months. Once your subscription runs out, the software would still function as it is but you will not be able to access the latest versions or access to our support. In order to continue downloading the latest releases and gain access to our support, you would need to renew your subscription
