Hello,

I tried to update the PayPalns 3.1.4 component directly to v 3.7.1 using the PayPalns installer 3.7.1, but without success, showing error message "An error has occurred. 0 Archive does not exist".
I guess that in the 3.7.1 installer are not included all the necessary old versions of this component, can you send me an installer kit which will include the necessary versions from 3.1.4 to 3.7.1?

I've checked the site in attached details, you are using joomla 2.5. PayPlans 3.7.1 version is not compatible to joomla 2.5.
Can you update me the site where you are upgrading the payplans , so i'll help you to update.

Hi,

I have updated the login details at the "Site Details" section.
The website is upgraded from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.9.1, there is no any other customization.
FYI
I've checked the installation pack 3.7.1, I see that there are only 3 packages, versions 3.6.3, 3.7.0, 3.7.1. Seems is not possible to update this component directly from 3.1.4 to 3.7.1, maybe you need to add in the installation kit some other packages back to v 3.1.4

I've already helped you to upgrade to Payplans 3.7.1 version at your test site.
Please take a look on this and let me know if any issue persist.

On live site , you will update the payplans itself or allow us to update , so i'll share you the details accordingly.
