Unable to submit a ticket into your system

When I try to submit a ticket I am getting an error:
"We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again".

What is the URL that you are using to access the helpdesk? It should be https://crm.stackideas.com

Yes, that is where I was. I tried twice. But it kept giving me the error message. So, I created a forum post instead.

I just thought I would let you know in case there is something going on that needs to be fixed.
