unable to sort blog categories

I am unable to change the order in categories in EasyBlog. Here is the error message:

Error
An error has occurred.

1690 BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '(`starchsm`.`hhm_easyblog_category`.`ordering` - 1)' SQL=update `hhm_easyblog_category` set `ordering` = `ordering` - 1 where `id` = '5'

Return to Control Panel
Sean,

I had the same error and this is how you fix it.

1. Go to EasyBlog Categories.
2. Click 'ORDER - Click to sort by this column' at the top middle above the Categories between Published and Entries.
3. Click the up down arrows - to Save Order.



This will fix the error. 1690 BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in...

I recently upgraded Joomla from 3.2.2 to Joomla 3.2.3.

What version of Joomla are you using Sean? Did you recently upgrade Joomla?

Yes, I am using Joomla 3.2.3

And, the fix that you provided did not work for me. The error still happens.

This ticket is resolved because Randall has a fix. But, it does look like Joomla 3.2.3 might have introduced a bug into the ordering of EasyBlog categories. :-)
