After this ticket seemed to have been resolved, Twitter autopost is still not working.

Please help,

David
Hello David,

Can you please provide us with the Twitter and FTP access so that we can troubleshoot this?

Also, please assign your domain to your license to obtain for support. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Once you are done, update us here and we'll continue checking your issue.

Thanks Mark,

Do I put my credentials here? Is this thread now private? Also, I can't seem to change the domain for my license. Please advise.

Hello David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can edit your first post above and include the site, ftp and twitter access on the post.

Can you try assigning the domain again?

Thank you for your help, but support will be expiring soon for me. Due to the error from you end, can you please extend my support? I would greatly appreciate that.

Hello David,

This is not a bug with EasyBlog and the reason that you are probably hitting this error is because you have checked the option "Enable Callback Locking". I have turned this off in the app and it signs on correctly now.

I have also tested the auto posting and it worked fine as well, http://take.ms/dB6ub

P/S: We will ensure that we provide the necessary patches here if there is a need but we will not be able to extend your subscription because as stated in our licensing policy and terms, you are eligible to obtain 12 months of software updates as well as support.

This is most likely because you did not setup your Facebook app correctly. This has been documented at https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/autoposting

Hi Warith,

I've acknowledged the attempt to login as a safe one. You should be able to log in now. If not, you can request security questions, and just message me the question, and I'll message the answer right back.

Thanks,

David
