Upgraded to Komento 2.0.2 and now in the back end cannot see replies to any posted comment.
Clicking on the 'View Relies' link just creates a small 'javascript void()' message in the bottom left hand side of the page.

Setting site error reporting to maximum does not throw up any specific error message.
I see the following error reported in the Java console.

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have checked this and it seems to be our bug. We have fix this internally and will be available in the future releases. Here I have attached to you a file, please download it and put it here: /administrator/components/com_komento/views/comments/view.ajax.php .

I apologize as I could not find any valid Komento subscription to our site. Perhaps, there is some mistake from our ends, would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this things up.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to login in your Joomla backend, but it seems like you provided that login credential is not working.

May i know which 'View Relies' link are you mentioned? Perhaps you can provide us some screenshot as well?

because I tested in my locally, the comment show on my backend > Komento > dashboard and comment page.

I enclose a screen shot of the page where the 'View Replies' does not work.

I do not know why you are having problems logging in either. I have just tried myself and it worked first time. Are you sure you are using the correct URL? I enclose it again below.

Having checked my logs assuming that you are IP 175.145.128.216 (Malasia) it is telling me that you are entering the wrong password.

I will give you the password again below.

Hi Geoff,

I am really sorry for the late reply.

I have tried to login to your backend, but it is giving me Your IP address is exhibiting behaviour similar to that of spammers, hackers or other undesirable visitors. Here is our public IP: 110.159.180.97 and our IP is dynamic. Can you add our IP into the whitelist so that we can assist you on this issue.

Looks like there were a number of invalid attempts on the 8th July on that IP address.

Block on IP now lifted.

I can confirm that the supplied file does indeed resolve the problem.

I am using the Free version of Komento 2.0.2 and hence you would not find any valid subscription for Komento for me. To be totally honest the number of comments I get on the site rarely gets into double figures in a whole year, so the 'free' version offers all (and more) that I need for the site.
