Unable to reply to any posts in EasyDiscuss

Users cannot reply to any posts in EasyDiscuss forum.

I made some changes to categories (added + renamed) last night and today no replies are going through on any posts. Clicking the blue "Reply" button goes from bright blue to faded blue, but nothing happens.

Obviously, Q&A is not Q&A without the A so this is quite an urgent issue for me. Ideally I would like to know the cause as well as solution so that I can prevent it happening again down the road.
hey justin,
after debugging your site it turns out the reason why replies weren't working was a clash with the "addthis" plugin. this plugin stopped the processing of the reply by throwing a token error and the action never finished. I disabled the plugin now and your users should be able to reply just fine. but of course if you face any issues feel always free to contact us.

Absolutely Alex. See updated info attached. All verified to be working. Logged in with supplied user and password and connected via ftp using Filezilla.

Well you fixed it!! Though I still see "AddThis" throughout my site (a good thing.) Was there a particular place where you disabled "AddThis"? If it is a major issue, I will try switching to "ShareThis" instead.

On a side note, do you think that could have had anything to do with my inability to autopost to Twitter? http://stackideas.com/forums/ed-autoposting-not-working

hey justin,
the addthis plugin I disabled can be found at your joomla backend -> extensions -> plugin manager -> "AddThis - Bookmark and Sharing Tool"

in terms of your autopost issue there can be a lot of reasons why it's not working the way it should - like configuration, acl, social app.... and the list could go on ^^ therefore I'd highly recommend you provide my colleague, who's already on the topic, the access details he needs and continue in the thread over there - he'll surely assist you to get it working
