Unable to reply to a thread...

Hi all-

I'm able to post a thread, but unable to reply. The Reply button is there, but after it's pressed, nothing happens and then the button appears to be slightly greyed out.

I've checked ACL, and the users are allowed to reply.

For example, please go to the site's URL (provided privately). You'll need to sign-in via social (Facebook, Twitter) etc. Can you please have a look and let me know as soon as possible?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this issues?
May i know is it only reply button can't work? Please advise.

Hi Arlex-

I've tried updating to the latest version, but still getting the issue. I've added site and FTP details in the private section.

To recreate the issue, simply login (you may need to use your Facebook or social credentials since we have social sign-in on the site). Create a thread and then reply to it, and you'll see that the Reply button is not working.
