Did you check your spam? Also, is cronjob installed/enabled in your server?

Hello Goodwin,

I am sorry but I unable to see any snapshot. By the way can you provide us with cPanel access so that we can help you check the cronjob configuration.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Are you using an internal (server side) email or external (email as service)? Also, have you checked the settings of your joomla mailer?
system -> global configuration -> server -> mail settings

You might need to change the password if you're using SMTP or the path if you're using sendmail

Hello Goodwin,

I have checked your cronjob and it seems like I got this notice when run the cron command: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /bin/wget: No such file or directory. I believe you might need to ask your hosting provider about the wget path. Different hosting provider has different wget path. Please do update us back so that we can continue assist you on this issue.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hello Goodwin,

Yes, I believe so. However, you need to ask your hosting provider about the wget path in order for cronjob to be working correctly. Please do update us back so that we can continue assist you on this issue.

I too am on cPanel and was unable to setup the cron with "/bin/wget" and had to use "/usr/bin/wget" instead.
