Hi,

I am unable to re-order categories, as it gives a BigInt Error Message (See attached). I suspect the issue may be something to do with the fact that the Categories listed (on-page) are in a different order to those in the back-end; though not quite sure how that happened.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly on your site?

Hi Tim,

I just tried to re-order the categories from your backend > easyblog > categories but it seems like I have manage to save the ordering correctly without any error. Refer my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/iy698Onb . Am I missing something here?

Very odd...it now seems to be working. I wondering if this is some kind of browser caching issue. I had tried clearing the cache on the Joomla site, but was not playing ball.
