Unable to post on a friends wall

Hi,

When ever a user tried to post something on a friends wall a red error banner pops up with no information and the post does not save. Please can you help me solve this? My details for the website are already saved in your ticketing system.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like you are using older version of easysocial and I cannot access your FTP due to the wrong credentials from your ticket details. I can access your joomla backend however. Can you provide us with your FTP access so we can check further on the issue?

You can put your information in Site Details tab below and no one else can see it except for the stackideas team.

Hi Ezrul,

I have made you a super user now..

But I now have a BIG problem. I went to try and update easy social and it keeps getting stuck at 15% and doesn't move forward. Please could you help me install the updated version?

Hello Melanie.

When I tried install easysocial at your site, I hit "Copy file failed" error. Can you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this issue and ask them to increase max_execution_time to 300.
