Hello René,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Could you mind help us ask your client which image format file he trying to upload to media manager?
Also, i have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but i getting this :

You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

Or you try set the allow upload extension format : jpeg from your backend Easyblog media setting and see if could help? Please advise.

hi Arlex, i asked the user/blogger but she never answer anymore i guess she use now a other blog system with fully android mobile supporrt. however i think you should fix that android browser issue on 3.9.x and create a full responsive mobile support incl. write blog area/media manager in EB 4.0 for android and ios devices!

>> Yes, for the Easyblog is full responsive on the mobile support, but i'm suspected that your current template is it non-responsive, because if the template don't have support the responsive, mean the Easyblog also can't display the fully responsive. Did you try change to the Joomla default template and see is it got full responsive showing on your phone browser?

Thanks for reporting on this -> Attached image on Android phone default browser get error: Unable to parse server response
>> Yes, we are still investigate on this.

hi arlex, yes i know my current template on livesite is not responsive. but i tested your responsive EB 3.9 including Media Manager with a responsive template on my testpage and iPhone. i reported the issues with write blog page, mediamanager, toolbar and login button here: http://stackideas.com/forums/easyblog-on-iphone#reply-127058 but there is no answer since my last post 20days ago.

Sorry Rene, I can't provide an ETA on this but rest assured that we'll be providing a grace period when EasyBlog 4.0 is out since the delay was on our part

Hello Rene,

You should renew now as the coupon is pretty lucrative The grace period is just something that I had in my mind but haven't really discussed with the marketing guys yet
