Unable to Parse Server Response!

Hello
I'm getting this issue "Unable to parse server response." with the Media Manager in the frontend when trying to upload an image, but I don't have problem in backend.
I searched in your forum then I updated my easyblog to last version (3.9.15633) but I get this issue again.

Please advise to me what could be causing this on my server?

Hello Abolfazl,

One of the reason because your site didn't have enough memory_limit and max_execution_time. Please check these settings at phpinformation. Could you mind request with your web hosting provider to help you increase the memory_limit to 256MB and max_execution_time to 120 and see if that could help?

If the memory_limit and max_execution_time increased also doesn't help much here, Is it possible attach the image which can't be upload in the media manager at here?

Also, can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we are able to assist you on this issue much quicker.
