It seems like when i open the console development tools while uploading the image from story panel, some error message showing in console, check my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/oH61l4tK0
Also it look like you have setup the CDN in your site right? Can you try cleanup your CDN cache and see how it goes? Please advise.

May i know how to enable back the CDN from your backend? Because i would like to enable the CDN then investigate again.

Is it just enable this -> System - NoNumber CDN for Joomla! ? If no, could you mind enable the CDN then try upload the image from story panel and see how it goes? Please advise.
