Hello Renato,

Is this failing only on specific images or it's really random? If it's really random, I could only think of the problem where the memory_limit is insufficient. If this only occurs on specific images, could you send us the image that you are trying to upload?

It does not happen with a specific image, it's random
Where can I check the memory_limit? what value does it have?

Hello Renato,

You can check your memory_limit in your php.ini file or in Backend>System Information>PHP information.

Hello renato curi,

Yes, you can check it from your backend > Site > System information > php Information > memory_limit ( http://screencast.com/t/3oG8Srvo5 )
Also, you can request with your webhosting provider to help you increase the memory_limit to be 128MB (Recommended) and see how it goes.

My server provider has temporarily expanded the memory_limit, but the problem remained the same.
Do you have any solution?
My client needs the site
thanks

Hello Renato,

I am not sure how we could assist you on this because you can't reproduce this error yourself. Can you see if the same image will fail everytime you tried to upload?

It does not depend on the type of image
The same image can sometimes upload and sometimes not
