Hi,

Users cannot upload image in posting.
I have more than 5 users reported to be have this 'unable to parse server response' when posting in group discussions.
Please refer to the attached screenshots.
Already checked in the backend but unable to find the problem.
Can you give me hints what causes this problems.

I have tried to upload images in the group seems it was working fine https://take.ms/lbdoL
Perhaps, can you provide us with the photos that have been tried to upload and if it is possible to give us the user's access so that we can replicate the issue correctly
Apart from that, is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue further?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies.

Perhaps you can start a new thread and update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
