i am using the following picture and my own admin-account

After checked further, it seems like your server return this following error :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 167772160 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2113536 bytes) in xxx/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/image/adapters/asido/class.driver.gd_hack.php on line 372

And based on what i check this photo what you attached to us, that dimensions is quite big, around 3000 x 4000px .

So it required to have higher PHP memory_limit to process these larger dimensions, can you request with your webhosting provider to increase your PHP memory_limit to 512MB and see how it goes?
