Hi,
For some reason, I'm unable to upload images taken with iDevices (iPhone and iPad) as they end with a .JPG extension (I mean capital JPG). The image is attached. I have renamed the image as png but still unable to upload. This happens in both front and backend. Again see the attached images for the errors I'm getting. Can you take a look and provide a fix please?

Many thanks
Hello Gideon,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Gideon Affleck,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply, after debugging in your site long time, it seems like you provided that image the resolution pixel is very big, I have tried to turn on the error reporting and upload that image, then it show your site memory size reached the limits warning error message, can you consult with your Webhosting provider to help you increase the Memory_size to 256M and see how it goes?
