It seems not to be the photo?! I tried to add some text, the current location and my mood...someting seems to be wrong...

I just found out that the error message is only shown when using the smilies (mood) in the activity ....

The issue seems only to occur when posting all 3 "components"....

I am deeply sorry for the delay of my reply, I should have replied to you sooner (I was really busy during the start of the week and fell sick on Tuesday). Anyway I have just tested this again on your site with my ipad and it works fine for me as you can see here,
