Hey

We have been seeing that this messages "unable to load tooltip" very randomly , and seems to be mostly on Opera 12 (presto) browsers. Do you any idea what causes this? We have a lot of users using opera 12.16
Hello,

Hm, I am actually not aware of any of our scripts / plugins doing this. This could probably be rendered by a 3rd party extension. Try turning some of them off?

That is quite strange when we are getting this only on easysocial components , like messages , friend request and mouse hovering over online users f.ex.. And I have seen this is been reported on easy discuss .

Anyways we have a problem testing the upgrade to 1.1.4 of easysocial on our test environment , we get stuck at 15% initializing admin files. we have tried using both of our easysocial licences and both get stuck there. Is that a known problem ?

Hi,

Can you check if there are any errors thrown in the browser console? (Open the console before running the installation).

If you are still having issues upgrading, do provide us your site's access and we will perform the upgrade for you.

Do you have any suggestions on the unable to load tooltip bug / issue. We only see this when using Opera 12.16 and lower , or Opera with presto. A large portion of our users is still using Opera 12 browser.

Hello,

To be honest with you, we have never really tested this extensively on older versions of Opera but it does seem like there are a couple of bug reports about Opera 12.16 or lower with Twitter bootstrap. In EasySocial 1.2, we have moved onwards to use Twitter Bootstrap 3 and I believe this should be fixed. Perhaps you should wait for 1.2? It will be soon
