Unable to load tooltip when jfbc load jquery option enabled

I have easy social and jfbc connect installed. When i enabled load jquery/bootsrap in jfbc configuration, profile menu, stream, notifications, messages are not working and showing me unable to load tooltip. If i disable that, everything is fine with easysocial but jfbc facebook login is not working. I believe its a bug with jquery or bootsrap. What will be the solution to make both of them working?

I tried this on your site and the popup seems to be working fine. By the way, I also noticed that you have set the "System Environment" to "Optimized". When you have set this to optimized, the page actually needs to wait for the AJAX calls to finish loading the resources before the javascript takes effect and if the script isn't completely rendered, clicking on those items in the toolbar doesn't do anything.

I have changed this to "Static" now, can you see if it works for you? This is working fine on my end here, http://screencast.com/t/qFTqBBKK . Though this works regardless if its in static / optimized

Its working fine now. Thankyou for quick response. Where can i change the "System Environment"? i dont have any idea about that.
