Also, is it possible provide us with your FTP as well? Please advise.

I tried to login to your site with the provided login credentials but it isn't working. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? Also, which user account are you using to reproduce this issue? I would like to use that user's account to test this out.
