Unable to load tooltip content in firefox

Hi StackIdeas,
When i am accessing site with firefox, i'm getting error "Unable to load tooltip content" when mouseover notification icon, doing reseach or simply mouseover profil.

Could you check that for me
Note that it is with firefox

Sorry for the late reply. I've tested it using firefox on a different machine and there is no issue like you mentioned. http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-16_1040-1.png . Did I missed anything?

Use the userid and password in attachment field.
Some users got this error using firefox

And how to clean all users cache to avoid that error

Hello Kabran,

That maybe some cache issue. There is no setting to clean all users cache unless they clean it themselves. Are you still having this issue in your browser?

We were runnig some security maintenance which has removed all access details. Can you re-provide the access so I can replicate and check your issue? Please advise.
