i dont know why you get a 404 error. I just logged in. MAKE sure you login to my server with the additional details provided before you login to joomla backend.

I already did, can you please turn off any security plugins that may be blocking my access?

i have no security plugins and one of your staffs was able to login to check the other problem. i have attached another joomla admin details below
username = superadmin
password = Passwoordo
