Hello,

I still can't see the error. But you might want to try this, go to your Joomla backend > Easydiscuss > setting > Layout > General > select Compile stylesheet to "Cache" > Click "test compile" (test admin, site, and module) > when all test completed > then go to Easydiscuss Dashboard > Click "Clear Cache" > Then clear Joomla cache. Hope this helps.

Hi Nik,

I was having the same issue since upgrading to ED3.2. I tried your solution:

"go to your Joomla backend > Easydiscuss > setting > Layout > General > select Compile stylesheet to "Cache" > Click "test compile" (test admin, site, and module) > when all test completed > then go to Easydiscuss Dashboard > Click "Clear Cache" > Then clear Joomla cache."

The issue did seem to get resolved but I get "fail" for module test. The admin and site test both are both successful. Is this going to be a problem? I have attached an image of it.

Hello Kane,

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have tried to access in your site, it seems like your site is down for maintenance now.

Also, I have checked in your Easydiscuss module, it seems like some of your discussion module already out of date, you have to update your module to compatible with your Easydiscuss 3.2 version, then follow my colleague provided that instruction to compile it again and see how it goes.

Hi Arlex,

The site is live, I simply have an index.html file in the root so that the users don't post while I am working on it. If you bypass the index.html file by going to http://www.wefloat.net/index.php you can access the front end.

Also, I believe that all the modules that I am using are updated. Perhaps the Joomla cache needed to be cleared. If this is not the case, can you let me know. I double checked, but I think I go them all. (would be nice to have a version number included so I knew for sure).

Also, I'm not sure what changed, but now I get fail for all the tests.

While I have your ear.... if you go to the discussion page, you will see that the categories module on the left if very compact compared to the recent discussion module on the front page. what code, and where can it be inserted to increase the buffer between the different categories?

Hello Kane,

You're welcome
Did you mean that you want the discussion category to be like that? see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/TAWxd1GX58j
Or exactly same stylesheet with the recent discussion module? Please advise.

That one is good... maybe a little too much space between. I'd say half that. I really do like the recent discussions style as it renders with the line dividing each discussion.

I just saw the change... it is georgeous. Thanks. Would you know about discussions rendering in code in jomsocial activity stream? If you look on the homepage you will see that the discussions are not rendering properly.
