Unable to like comments on Joomla articles.

Hello,
I recently installed Komento on my site, everything works fine except me and my users are unable to like comments. When the button is clicked, nothing happens. So far I've tried disabling likes entirely then re-enabling them, and I've checked the permissions for all the groups and registered users and admins should be able to like comments. Any ideas? My site is at: http://www.scrublords.com. Anything in the Articles section should be commentable.

I just checked your site and the like process seem to work fine.

is there any way to reproduce your problem?

That's weird, so that account info I gave you was one I just made and it seems to work on there, but I can't do it from my account and my friend can't do it on his either. So it seems to be a problem with accounts made before I installed Komento. Should I just delete our joomla accounts and remake them?

Ok I seem to have fixed it, I removed myself and my friend's account from all user groups and re-added us, now we are able to like comments. Thank you so much for your help!
