Hi Support,

For my site: batelar.com/sg, the easysocial is currently 2.0.19

I downloaded your latest 2.0.22 full version file, uploaded to the correct directory, however, when it is Initializing Database, then there is a problem. please let me know the cause of the issue as i would like to ensure install via directory is working.
Hi Yubi,

I've tried to update you EasySocial to latest version and I'm hitting the error below https://www.screencast.com/t/kbIhWmbR8L8 :
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/batelarc/public_html/sg/plugins/system/websitePreloader/websitePreloader.php on line 14

The issue might be come from the plugin websitePreloader, can you provide us with FTP access to further checking on this?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hello,

There is actually 2 issues on your site. The first issue is caused by your System - Website Preloader plugin as it was throwing errors on the page. To work around this, I have disabled the plugin and proceeded with the upgrade.

Then, install EasySocial. When the installation is completed, I re-enabled this plugin. The second issue seems to be some sort of security plugin on the site, http://take.ms/Ot2mf . The second issue however isn't critical as it only blocked me once.
