Can you consult with your webhosting provider is there a way temporary disabled this 500 internal server error from your server? Because this 500 internal server error it will override all the real PHP fatal error to only show 500 error, so that is difficult for us to know what is the exact PHP error you hitting.

we have already enabled the php.ini on the folder /srv/www

Please check and adjust.

Can you try extract this installer zip file from your JoomlaRootFolder/tmp/komento/com_komento_full_pro_3.0.9_joomla_7160.zip then keep us update so I can try install via directory method and see how it goes.

At the same time, can you consult with your webhosting provider and see whether they know something about this error 'Script timed out before returning headers: index.php' ?

Because based on what i see it hitting timeout error during uploading or installation.
