Sorry for late reply to this,
I have checked in your site, it seems like your configuration.php set the live_site to http://www.domain.com , so it will fail when you trying to access http://domain.com. To fix this, modify this configuration.php and set the live_site to empty, then it should be work fine.
Because I'm not able to access in your FTP, getting this error :

Error:	Network error: Connection refused

Error:	Could not connect to server
