Hi,

I've just installed Easyblog and am having some difficulties with it.
For one, it does not display correctly with our site template. To compare you can see with our template (url 1) and with the wanderers template (url 2)

Also, when I try to test posting and want to add a picture through the media manager, it says: "Unable to get file list from server" .

Thanks for clearing this!

Michel
Hi Michel Broggi ,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Hi Ezrul,

The problem is solved: it was because of the staging server. Once I published the installation to our live server the blog displayed correctly.

I have however one more question:

- When a blog entry is displayed, how can I display a list of the latest entries to the right?

Thanks!

Michel

Hi Michel Broggi,

Thanks for getting back to us your issues resolved.

You can actually display "Easyblog latest blog post" module in your right position.

Download from http://stackideas.com/downloads/modules

Hope this help.

Hi Arlex,

Thanks for the tip!
There is however one small issue: in the module some text is displayed in english (eg. "continue reading", "on"). I have loaded the german language file but this does not seem to change the language for the module. How can I change this?
Thanks!

Michel

Hi Michel Broggi,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Try download this language file and replace in JoomlaFolder\language\de-DE\

and see how it goes.
