Unable to enter coupon code

On my website, once the forms have been filled out and you are directed to the payment page, you cannot enter a coupon code.
We're running a special right now and the coupon code is ANNIV50 for 50% off... I have had useres tell me they cannot enter the code. I went in as a "new user" and I also cannot enter the code in the box.

Upgrade App Issue : This issue is coming because you have installed outdated version of Upgrade app. I have installed latest version , with latest one no need to create dashbaord widget app. Now it's working fine.

Note : Don't create more then 1 upgrade app for same plan otherwise multiple upgrade button will shown. I have corrected it at your end.


Access Prohibited : I have tried with one testuser and working fine. Please make sure that user is activated or not. On your site moderator will activate the account after that email will send. Please cross check it again.

Update me if you have any issue.

Also - with PayPlans... how do I make the ability to 'upgrade' visible? Where does it show up?

Hello,

There is some css conflicts with your template. Refer below mentioned solution to resolve this issue.

Go to root/components/com_payplans/templates/default/_media/css/site.css, add below mentioned code at the end of file.


.payplans #app_discount_code_id {

    font-size: 13px;

}


Upgrade : You have created upgrade app as well as dashboard widget for this. So when user have active plan and upgrade available on that plans then Upgrade option will shown to user automatically on dashboard.

Please take a look on this and update me.

1. your advice for fixing the coupon code worked. THANKS!!

2. I am not sure "where" to see my information and change plans.
I have a link to 'membership information' (when it is set to default) I go to
https://americanarmigers.us/community/membership-information
but it gives me the error:
" Call to undefined method PayplansAppUpgrade::renderWidget() "
If I set it to "No-Access Page" I go to
https://americanarmigers.us/community/membership-information
and get:
Access Prohibited.
(Either subscribe to a plan or await activation of your subscription.)
SUBSCRIBE PLAN
...but I am already subscribed as FREE
(I have a test account set up as free)

If I "display Plans" in that link I have to pick which one - so that doesn't seem right.

I'll play around a bit more but am not understanding why if I have the upgrade app - why it isn't showing as a menu selection choice.
